Salesforce is seeking a Consumption Lead for Data360 and Agentforce, focusing on driving customer adoption and return on investment for their AI CRM platform. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities, requiring deep business and product knowledge to guide customers, manage executive relationships, and develop technology strategies. The lead will act as a post-sale technical lead, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery of Data Cloud and Agentforce.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders, creating clarity from chaos.
  2. Drive onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy consumption of Data Cloud & Agentforce workloads.
  3. Leverage account teams, services, customer success, education, and support resources to build and manage tasks beyond your scope of activities or expertise.
  4. Create, own, and execute a point-of-view on how key use cases can be accelerated into production.
  5. Navigate Data Cloud & Agentforce Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations, pilot programs, and upgrade needs.
