Consumption Lead, Mulesoft

Salesforce is seeking a Consumption Lead for Mulesoft to drive adoption, growth, and success of the Mulesoft platform within their largest customers. This role involves setting strategic direction, focusing on account growth through successful implementation of commerce use cases, understanding customer business objectives, driving consumption metrics, and developing data-driven expansion strategies. The candidate will also leverage technical expertise to understand customer IT infrastructure, execute technical POCs, and manage stakeholders. Customer success is key, requiring familiarity with Mulesoft solutions, building relationships with regional leadership, and driving adoption of new capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive consumption growth through successful implementation of initial commerce use cases
  2. Understand Customer's business and objectives by conducting research, prepares thoughtful questions and insights in advance of customer meetings
  3. Track and drive key consumption metrics including GMV, order volume, and platform utilization
  4. Creating, owning, and executing technical POCs and demos for expansion use cases within initial and other LOBs
  5. Establish relationships with regional leadership across pre-sales, sales, services, and channel leadership to be a leader in driving cross-functional alignment at scale and ensure customer health and expansion is top of mind
