Contact Platform Engineer

This role focuses on analyzing customer interaction data (IVR, chat, transcripts) to identify friction points and translate these insights into technical blueprints for the contact platform. It involves data mining, solutions architecture, and strategic collaboration with engineering and operations teams to improve the member journey.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze historical IVR, chatbot, and transcript data to identify why members are failing to self-serve.
  2. Go beyond platform metrics to identify "friction-heavy" call/chat types that require high agent effort.
  3. Quantify the business impact of proposed enhancements using data-driven projections.
  4. Translate identified operational gaps into comprehensive technical blueprints and interaction flows.
  5. Define the "Definition of Ready" for Engineering partners, including detailed requirements and logic maps.
