Content Business Architect

Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · Tokyo, Japan

This role focuses on guiding enterprise customers through the transformation of their content operations, aligning business strategy with technology implementation to enhance customer experience. It involves assessing content supply chains, defining roadmaps, bridging business and technical teams, and driving organizational change. While the role interacts with generative AI and machine learning, it does not involve building or shipping AI models directly, but rather applying them to business use cases.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assess the customer's end-to-end content supply chain — from planning and production through delivery and measurement — and define a future-state roadmap aligned with business goals.
  2. Define objectives and success metrics that connect content performance to customer experience outcomes.
  3. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, managing scope, risks, and cross-functional alignment to ensure business needs are clearly reflected in implementation.
  4. Drive organizational change management, adoption strategies, and continuous value realization across phased rollouts.
  5. Maintain working knowledge of Adobe's content and personalization portfolio (e.g., AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, AEP, RT-CDP) to prioritize business requirements and guide phased value delivery — while leaving implementation details to the technical team.
