Content Business Product Enablement Manager

This role focuses on enabling users of Netflix's internal and external products, particularly those related to content and business operations. The manager will design and deliver learning experiences, manage communication strategies for product launches, drive change management, and gather user feedback to inform product development. The role requires strong collaboration with product, finance, and other stakeholders, and an understanding of financial processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and deliver scalable, blended learning experiences (e.g., instructor-led training, documentation, and digital content) tailored to a global audience and aligned with product go-to-market strategies
  2. Lead end-to-end project management for communication and learning initiatives, including defining goals, creating project plans, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery
  3. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Support, Insights, Data Management, Finance, and Accounting, to define user learning goals, align on communication strategies, and support business objectives
  4. Gather, analyze, and synthesize high volumes of information and user feedback from multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and communicate them effectively across the organization
