The Lemon8 Content Creation Team focuses on building and scaling high-quality vertical content across key lifestyle categories such as fashion, beauty, wellness, and everyday inspiration. The team works hands-on with content trends, creator collaboration, and platform insights to shape content direction, improve discovery, and elevate the overall user experience.
By combining deep vertical understanding with execution-driven content operations, the team helps drive healthy content ecosystems and long-term platform growth.
What you will do:
- Based on data analysis, content understanding and user research, deep dive the supply and consumption issues of vertical contents, and work with cooperation departments to promote end-to-end process optimization, improve vertical content ecology and user experience.
- Participate in analysis and strategy formulation from creators' side, discover the current status of each vertical content and creators' pain points, and support creators better create high-quality content on the platform.
- Provide input for regional vertical content operation strategies, participate in the formulation of vertical strategies and quantify goals.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy or relevant fields.
- Proven hands-on experience in vertical content operations, including identifying content trends, planning vertical-specific content directions, and executing day-to-day content operations rather than solely focusing on high-level strategy or project management.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with creators, including onboarding, communication, and basic creator management. Familiarity with creator workflows and the ability to support content production and iteration in a practical, execution-oriented manner.
- Solid understanding of platform-based content ecosystems and vertical content dynamics (e.g., lifestyle, fashion, beauty), including how users consume content and how content performance varies across verticals.
- Have solid and good data analysis skills and strong logical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in social media or influencer marketing function, from a fast-moving paced environment or tech company.
