Salesforce is seeking a Content Design Program Manager to operationalize the delivery of high-quality design within their AI CRM platform. This role involves partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build resourcing models, track release work, establish best practices, and manage training programs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in user experience, software delivery, and comfortable using AI for workflows and prototyping, with a strong systems mindset and experience shipping software at scale.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will partner with leadership across our content experience and design organization and establish strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to build resourcing models, size and track release work, determine best practices, and align teams in a lean and agile environment.
  2. As part of the CDX team, you will operationalize how the Apps and Industries organization delivers high-quality design.
  3. You must be comfortable using AI on a daily basis for workflows and upleveling teams with vibe prototyping.
  4. You’ll create rituals that foster team connection, a shared purpose, and a collaborative community.
  5. You’ll drive new processes and frameworks that help the team define, prioritize and allocate its work, and identify and share best practices across teams.

  • Outstanding partnership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
