What you'd actually do

  1. Own content design for defined product areas, driving clarity and quality across end-to-end user experiences in Chime’s mobile apps and digital product surfaces.
  2. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction through content, from early concepting through launch and iteration.
  3. Write and refine clear, inclusive, and human content for product flows, feature messaging, system feedback, and microcopy.
  4. Make informed content decisions within your problem spaces, contributing to naming, taxonomy, and information hierarchy.
  5. Apply and evolve Chime’s product voice and tone in collaboration with Design and Brand partners.
