Content Operations and Delivery Vice President

This role is responsible for setting the strategy and operating model for content creation, governance, and reuse within JPMorgan Chase. It involves leveraging AI responsibly with human review, modernizing content operations, and leading a content authoring team. The role focuses on enhancing content clarity, accessibility, and impact, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert counsel on content strategies, messaging, and best practices to advance business goals.
  2. Lead the development and execution of initiatives to enhance the clarity, accessibility, and impact of business content for diverse audiences, including both human and digital consumers.
  3. Promote the adoption of AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, and audience engagement, oversee upskilling to maximize benefits while maintaining human‑in‑the‑loop standards and auditability.
  4. Design and maintain an atomized content model and reusable component library (templates, snippets, structured authoring) to enable rapid updates, personalization, and multi‑channel delivery.
  5. Operationalize agentic workflows with human‑in‑the‑loop review, model evaluation, and audit trails to safely automate drafting, QA, and distribution.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of communications experience; bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or public relations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that effectively engage and influence key audiences.
  • Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for visual storytelling.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, accurate content under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with experience overseeing multiple high-priority initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
