This role focuses on content programming, scheduling, merchandising, and insights for Disney+ and Hulu streaming services. The Associate Manager will collaborate with a team to plan, execute, and optimize on-platform campaigns and promotions, leveraging content management and visualization tools to drive KPIs and audience engagement. Responsibilities include testing and optimizing content curations, managing title-level campaigns, supporting international programming, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting creative assets, managing title prioritization and targeting using audience segmentation and personalization tools, monitoring campaign performance, and partnering with data teams to measure campaign success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Program, test, and optimize content curations across Disney+ and Hulu to support viewer needs and business objectives.
  2. Contribute to the ideation, planning, tracking, and communication of title-level campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and successful execution.
  3. Collaborate with international programming partners to support localized promotion strategies and ensure merchandising principles are aligned across global markets.
  4. Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear planning and programming documentation to promote transparency, consistency, and operational excellence.
  5. Maintain detailed documentation of processes and workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
