This role is for a Content Strategist at Google, focusing on developing and managing help and support content for users and customer care agents across various channels. The role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, optimizing content workflows, and designing content experiences. While the role may use AI-enabled tools for content creation, its core function is not AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with our Production team to ensure creation and delivery of accurate, effective, high-quality content for all supported channels across locales; drive and moderate output of AI-enabled content creation or publishing tools as relevant.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders for content project management and approvals; act as the main contact point to understand how content can support product updates, business goals, and priorities; advocate for users with executive product support partners and product managers/engineers.
  3. Advocate opportunities to optimize content and associated workflows/multimedia using data, industry best practices, and experiment-driven insights. Measure effectiveness of support content experiences for one or more products/product areas.
  4. Design content experiences for users, aligned with product and support goals, informed by customer knowledge, performer industry data, technical capabilities and journey insights.
