This role is for a Content Strategist focused on designing and managing help and support content for Google products. While the role involves using and providing feedback on AI-enabled content creation tools and staying updated on best practices for AI consumption of information, the core craft is not AI/ML model development or deployment. The primary output is content strategy and user support documentation.

  2. Ensure creation and delivery of accurate, effective, high-quality content for all supported channels across locales. Drive prompts and moderate output of AI-enabled content creation or publishing tools. Draft and publish content in exception cases where needed. Provide feedback to technical teams to help improve functionality and efficiency of AI content drafting tools.
  3. Stay up-to-date on best practices for “source-of-truth” information structure for consumption by AI tools.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders for content project management and approvals. Advocate for users with executive product support partners and product managers/engineers.
