This role manages the contingent workforce program, focusing on operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic initiatives. It involves overseeing onboarding/offboarding, managing vendor relationships, addressing contractor inquiries, and developing scalable workflows and reporting tools. The role requires strong partnerships with People Ops, Legal, and Recruiting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage the contingent workforce program to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives
  2. Oversee the global onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors and contingent workers, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate documentation
  3. Manage strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and external vendors to maintain compliance standards
  4. Address contractor inquiries (e.g., payment discrepancies, access issues) promptly, identify recurring issues, and implement solutions
  5. Develop and implement scalable workflows, systems, and reporting tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and compliance
