Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Manager to build and lead their contingent workforce program from the ground up. This role will design, implement, and manage the strategy and operations for engaging non-employee talent, with an initial focus on creating a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) program for production facilities, expanding to global contingent labor. The role requires a builder and strategist with experience in talent acquisition, HR, or procurement, specifically in contingent workforce management, vendor management, and program design in high-growth environments.
