What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with GTM leaders to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and organizational needs.
  2. Act as a strategic talent advisor, helping leaders define roles, build teams, and make informed hiring decisions.
  3. Own the end-to-end recruiting process from kickoff through close, driving urgency and excellence at every stage.
  4. Build and execute talent strategies for critical and high-impact searches across the GTM organization.
  5. Identify, engage, and close exceptional talent through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
