Seeking a Contract Manager to oversee drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure agreements support business objectives, manage risk, and are executed efficiently. What you'd actually do

  1. Review, draft, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., service agreements, vendor contracts, licensing, nondisclosure agreements).
  2. Negotiate contract terms that achieve business needs while managing risk in a manner appropriate given the opportunity.
  3. Maintain a contract repository, track key deadlines, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  4. Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams to support deal review, pricing, and approvals.
  5. Develop and maintain standardized templates, playbooks, and processes for contract management.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of contract principles, terms, and risk allocation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients in a way that supports the sales process.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with contract management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable judgment.
  • A great teammate who is willing to join supportive and collaborative colleagues.
  • Willingness to take on stretch projects as needs evolve.

Nice to have

  • At least 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, vendor management, or related field.
  • Experience with government contracts or regulated industries.
  • Certification such as CCCM, CFCM, or CPCM (through NCMA).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).
