This role is for a Contract Reporting Coordinator at Disney, responsible for tracking and reconciling performer salary and time information for major projects, interpreting residual contractual provisions, and resolving claims. It involves detailed analysis of setup documents, communication with various stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review and analyze various types of setup documents and data to determine and verify completion and accuracy of performers’ agreement terms for setup in residuals system.
  2. Identify missing information required, or other issues impacting accurate setup or payments, and communicate directly to the Casting Administrator and/or Residuals representative.
  3. Ability to interpret and calculate complex residual contractual provisions in connection with domestic and foreign unions, as well as understanding of talent agreements in connection with those unions.
  4. Research and resolve potential issues impacting contractual reporting and guild obligations in a timely manner.
  5. Research and resolve guild and performer claims for current and historical projects.

Skills

Required

  • 1-year experience finance and/or payroll (preferably Studio) in a Production Company
