This role is for a Contracts Lawyer at Carta, an AI-native law firm. The lawyer will negotiate pre-M&A contracts, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff. 3. Maintain and evolve client-specific contract playbooks, ensuring consistency and quality across every negotiation.
  4. Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, reviewing their work and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
  5. Use and continuously improve Carta's legal technology suite, including Carta Ava and HighQ, to increase speed and consistency.
