Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that develops advanced technology for military capabilities. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to support various DoD, International, and Commercial contracts and programs. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. Responsibilities include proposal support, contract negotiation, compliance, management, modifications, and close-out, with a focus on FAR/DFARS regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
  2. Complete contract review and acceptance.
  3. Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management and support preparation of proposals.
  4. Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  5. Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
  • Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts.
  • A strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with U.S. DoD major weapons platforms.
  • NCMA Certifications including but not limited to CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM.
  • Graduate degree in business, law, government, or a related field.
  • Experience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR cost allowability rules, and Certified Cost or Pricing Data Proposals.
  • Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
