What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the concept, development and design of complex components, subsystems or processes.
  2. Perform complex analysis work, identify design solutions and resolve integrated (software and hardware related) systems problems.
  3. Keep up-to-date on changing customer needs as projects progress to stay current with new technology and provide guidance and direction on the project to less experienced engineers and technicians.
  4. Software creation and machine feature definition on the CUL (Compact Utility Loader) products potentially other BCP products using machine performance/tuning, software/systems integration, and analytical skills.
  5. Develop machine performance via on-machine development and off-machine analysis.
