This role focuses on developing and deploying LLM/AI-driven solutions within the risk and controls domain for a financial institution. The analyst will be responsible for automating processes, analyzing risks, and integrating AI into business workflows using Python and other new age programming languages. While the core function involves building AI solutions, the primary focus is on applying these to existing financial control processes rather than fundamental AI research or model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead / support design, developing, and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) / AI-driven solutions to contribute to control management, risk analysis, and other business objectives as needed
  2. Lead / support writing, maintaining, and optimizing Python / other new age programing codes for automations, analyses, and integration of LLMs into business workflows and reporting
  3. Partner with technology, business, and control teams to deliver AI and other new age technologies based tools and solutions that drive efficiency, improve business practices, and support strategic decision-making in risk and controls domains
  4. Provide support for AWM Finance Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and CCAR CFO Attestation Programs (CCAP) by the way of supporting following workstreams –
  5. Financial risk assessment of financial statements and identification of key processes and controls supporting regulatory filings

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in risk and controls domain
  • Strong exposure / hands-on experience working with LLMs, AI based solutions , and other new age technologies
  • Solid understanding of financial statement structures and US GAAP / IFRS or any local GAAP
  • Bachelor’s degree and solid understanding of typical finance functions

Nice to have

  • CA/MBA (Finance)
  • Knowledge of Python / Alteryx
  • Should be flexible to work in EMEA shifts
