Convergeprosperity - Product Forward Deployed Engineer, Bankingsuite (manager) - Innovation_delivery_transformation

This role is a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for Deloitte's BankingSuite platform, focusing on financial services clients. The FDE will embed with clients to understand their technical challenges, design and implement solutions using the platform, and build proofs-of-concept. The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud expertise, with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) and LLM integration patterns. The FDE will also act as a liaison between clients and internal product/engineering teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic client accounts, building deep relationships with architects, engineers, and technical leaders
  2. Lead discovery sessions to understand client architectures, pain points, and business objectives
  3. Collaborate with client architects and internal engineering teams to design scalable, production-ready solutions
  4. Rapidly prototype and build POCs that demonstrate platform value in the context of a client's real-world use cases
  5. Act as the voice of the customer — surface product gaps, integration friction, and feature requests to internal product and engineering teams
