What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain source of truth dashboards, queries, and self-service data tools to be leveraged by stakeholders for monitoring business performance and guiding decisions
  2. Recommend and implement strategies to optimize queries, dashboards or analytic processes
  3. Proactively analyze data, identify trends and generate meaningful recommendations to drive business goals within Identity workflows
  4. Performing impact analysis to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of programmatic or operational projects
  5. Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
