Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager - Associate

This role focuses on optimizing customer journeys and increasing customer acquisition across web and app store platforms for Chase UK. It involves data analysis, hypothesis generation, large-scale testing, performance monitoring, and collaboration with various teams including marketing, SEO, and product.

What you'd actually do

  1. Data analysis and insight generation - Utilize analytical tools and research, qual and quant, to construct evidence-based hypotheses for testing
  2. Coordination and deployment of Conversion Rate Optimization Initiatives - Collaborate with Head of Growth Marketing to plan, deploy, and analyze experimental changes to the website and app store aimed at improving customer conversion rates.
  3. Own and manage experiment roadmap - Use commercial understanding and a deep knowledge of business objectives and context to manage a prioritised roadmap of experimentation which is regularly communicated to the business
  4. Performance Monitoring - Monitor and report on page performance metrics across both web and app store platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Product Page & Store Listing Management - Develop and manage custom product pages and store listings across Appstore and Google Play, ensuring alignment with acquisition campaigns and strategies.

Skills

Required

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience ideating, delivering, and implementing results at pace from web and Appstore experiments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with several stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CRO or conversion testing
  • Experience with workflow management tools such as JIRA
