This role is a Territory Coordinator for companion animal products within the Animal Health division. The primary responsibilities include developing business, managing sales (sell-out), providing technical knowledge, assisting with distributor team management, and supporting sales negotiations. The role also involves training partner teams and delivering lectures, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in technical and commercial coordination in animal health or veterinary product distribution, knowledge of the Pet market and MS Office, and a high availability for travel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Atingir as metas quantitativas e qualitativas estabelecidas para o território, sendo responsável pelo sell-out da área, incluindo geração de demanda, propagação de conhecimento técnico, auxílio na gestão de equipe do distribuidor, auxílio nas negociações de venda para clientes do distribuidor ou cliente direto da nossa empresa, dentre outros.
  2. Ser propagador de conhecimento através de treinamentos das equipes dos parceiros e através de palestras para equipes técnicas
  3. Desenvolver pró-ativamente as relações com os clientes, ouvindo e atendendo as necessidades dos mesmos, antecipando e levando soluções;
  4. Cumprir com todos os procedimentos e políticas da empresa, inclusive os relacionados à ética nos negócios e conduta comercial;
  5. Manter registros precisos das visitas, enviando periodicamente nos prazos estabelecidos;
