This role supports the facilitation of Business Class customer orders from submission through installation, ensuring contracts meet submission criteria and compliance requirements. The Coordinator acts as the primary interface with customer IT/technical personnel and navigates multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders, while also meeting scorecard productivity and quality metrics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure contracts meet all submission criteria and compliance requirements and approve or reject contracts as appropriate.
  2. Review contract and validate services with customer to ensure accuracy.
  3. Serve as primary interface with identified customer IT/technical personnel/vendor/VAR.
  4. Navigates through multiple systems to build, track and monitor orders. Interface with various levels of sales, operations, engineering and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately.
  5. Meet scorecard productivity/quality metrics.
