What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate campaign fundamentals, including creative briefings, asset approvals, and legal clearances.
  2. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  3. Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, including scheduling and managing calendars, handling expense reports, organizing multi-departmental meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating IT support, and managing messenger/courier needs.
  4. Support the team by preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating trackers, and circulating agendas.
  5. Represent the team in meetings and provide summaries of updates.
