What you'd actually do

  1. Performs numerous diversified secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties and responsibilities for the Supply Chain senior leadership.
  2. Process all communications, including phone calls, email, correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, mail, and faxes.
  3. Prepares agendas and materials for executive meetings.
  4. Assist in managing the executives schedule to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
  5. Coordinates and assists in developing associated business reports and prepares presentations.
