This position will be based in our Manila office and will be part of our global Accounting team. This position will interact with global teams and will work cross-functionally across time zones with our US and other international offices. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, able to analyze and process large volumes of data with high accuracy, have excellent communication skills, capable of multi-tasking and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Core Accounting team to ensure an accurate and timely financial close for record to report cycle
- Maintain the fixed asset subledger records within the capital projects module, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
- Prepare and post manual journal entries and system-generated integrations
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations (balance sheet)
- Perform month end, quarter end, year-end close activities.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks to support new initiatives and contribute to the organization’s goals
- Open to work during regular business hours, with flexibility to slide shifts/work overtime to certain critical business periods.

Education & Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
- Degree in a relevant field of study
- Experience working within a global/multinational company is preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel (Google sheet experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems (Workday experience is a plus)
- Must be open to a hybrid work arrangement: 3 onsite days per week in Makati (day shift)
