Core Infrastructure Support – Network Administrator

Network Administrator role focused on managing and supporting enterprise core network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, and LAN/WAN connectivity. Responsibilities include configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and ensuring secure and high-availability network services. Requires 3+ years of experience and relevant industry certifications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in managing and supporting enterprise core network infrastructure across data center environments.
  2. Administer and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, preferably VMware VeloCloud.
  3. Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
  4. Manage Palo Alto firewalls for security, policy enforcement, and traffic control.
  5. Support F5 load balancers for application delivery and traffic distribution.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in network administration and enterprise network support
  • Industry certifications in 3 or more of the following: CCNA, CCNP, VeloCloud, F5, and Palo Alto
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Experience working in 24x7 production support / enterprise infrastructure support environments is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
