This role is for a Corporate Account Executive at Celonis, a leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining. The role focuses on new customer acquisition in the DACH region, selling the company's AI-powered Process Intelligence platform. The executive will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, manage a large account patch, and position the platform as a mission-critical capability for operational efficiency and ROI from AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Germany, building a strong greenfield pipeline and driving ACV growth
  2. Manage a large cross-industry account patch, prioritizing and qualifying opportunities to maximize impact
  3. Build rapid understanding of industries, including business models, key drivers, and future transformation challenges
  4. Execute structured account penetration strategies to establish Celonis in new organizations
  5. Engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-level (COO, CPO, CIO, CFO), with clear, value-driven communication

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience owning the full end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise SaaS solutions
  • proven success in new logo acquisition in the German market
  • Ability to manage a broad account set through strong prioritization and opportunity qualification
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of end to end business processes and business strategy
  • High affinity for AI solutions and developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with effective multi-opportunity management
  • High ownership, resilience, and a proactive hunter mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience using modern sales tools to drive pipeline and deal velocity
