Corporate Account Manager (既存顧客担当営業)

CrowdStrike is seeking an Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts, focusing on driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities for their AI-native cybersecurity platform. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, developing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from their solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented solutions.
  2. Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter.
  3. Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
  4. Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
  5. Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio.

Required

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
  • High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • 4 years of experience in B2B high-touch sales (security or SaaS sales experience)
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Experience with solution selling of multiple products/services
  • Advanced communication skills to confidently propose to executives and engineers, and handle customer objections and negotiations
  • Experience identifying decision-makers and influencers and conducting persuasive presentations
  • Ability to actively share knowledge and experience with team members (open communication)
  • Comfort with English
