Corporate Account Manager (既存顧客担当営業)

This role is for a Corporate Account Manager at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company that uses an AI-native platform. The primary focus is on managing existing customer accounts, driving adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales growth through cross-selling and upselling. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, developing account strategies, and providing feedback to the product team. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented solutions.
  2. Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter.
  3. Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
  4. Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
  5. Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
  • High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • 4年以上の法人向けハイタッチセールスの経験(セキュリティまたはSaaS領域での営業経験)
  • 継続的に営業成績を達成してきた経験
  • 技術的素養があり、且つ貪欲に学ぶ姿勢を持ち、その学びを自らの行動に反映できる方
  • 複数の製品・サービスを合わせた提案型ソリューション営業の経験
  • 経営幹部やエンジニア層へ自信を持って提案でき、顧客からの反対意見や交渉にも抵抗なく対応できる、高度な応対スキルをお持ちの方
  • 意思決定者や決裁者を見極め、影響を与える質問やプレゼンを実施してきた経験
  • チームメンバーと知識や経験を積極的に共有できる方(オープンなコミュニケーションが取れる方)
  • 英語に抵抗がない方
