Corporate Account Manager (remote, Idn)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts, drive adoption, and upsell/cross-sell their AI-native cybersecurity platform. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented solutions.
  2. Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter.
  3. Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
  4. Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
  5. Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio.
