What you'd actually do

  1. Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements supporting the company’s products, partnerships, and activities across multiple business lines.

  3. Provide practical and commercially focused recommendations concerning financial services regulation within the UK, EU, and other international regions, including licensing and regulatory engagement.
  4. Deliver outstanding legal assistance across key capital markets functions, encompassing prime brokerage, execution platforms, and traded products.
  5. Provide legal support for various financial services and digital asset activities, including cross-border payments, stablecoin issuance, and custodial solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • 5 - 8 years' PQE
  • background in capital markets, traded products, and/or prime brokerage
  • Knowledge of financial services, traded products, and capital markets
  • A solid grasp of UK and EU financial services regulation

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital assets
