Corporate Counsel for T-Mobile Secure Federal Operations (TSFO), supporting sensitive and classified contracting opportunities and advising on the full spectrum of Federal contracting and compliance matters. This role requires US citizenship and an active security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review, draft and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, reseller agreements, teaming agreements, OTAs, non-disclosure agreements and other documents relating to the sale of products and services as a Prime Contractor to Federal, state, and local government agencies and as a subcontractor to other government contractors.
  2. Review solicitations/RFPs/RFQs for adherence to TSFO and T-Mobile policies and legal requirements, and provide cradle-to-grave contract support from proposal stage through contract negotiation/award, performance and disputes, and expiration/termination.
  3. Serve as the embedded legal Subject Matter Expert on Go To Market teams, ensuring legal and government contract compliance considerations are incorporated into product development efforts.
  4. Serve as the embedded legal Subject Matter Expert on SOW/PWS review team, ensuring the SOW/PWS are consistent with contract obligations and corporate policies.
  5. Coordinate preparation and filing of standard forms related to Federal contracting.

Skills

Required

  • US law degree
  • Admission to at least one state bar
  • Federal government contracting experience
  • Expertise in federal government contracts law
  • FAR, DFARS, federal procurement statutes and regulations

Nice to have

  • Experience with major GSA, DoD, and other Federal contract vehicles
  • Familiarity with FISMA/NIST cybersecurity compliance
  • Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility compliance
  • Familiarity with FOCI-mitigation
  • Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
