What you'd actually do

  1. Advising internal clients on legal issues related to consumer-facing products, experiences, initiatives, services, offers, and communications
  2. Supporting a variety of internal client groups, for example: Marketing, Consumer, Business-to-Business, Go-to-Market, Communications, Product, and Digital teams.
  3. Providing legal counseling on a broad range of issues implicating consumer protection laws, advertising and marketing practices, contract interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Partnering with business stakeholders to assess legal risk and develop practical, creative solutions that align with business objectives.
  5. Developing a working knowledge of T-Mobile’s products, services, and business operations to effectively support internal clients.

Skills

Required

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to, and good standing with, at least one U.S. state bar
  • 2–4 years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with internal business partners

Nice to have

  • Strong background in litigation and/or transactional law
  • Experience in top-tier law firm
  • Interest in developing broad in-house legal skills and supporting a variety of business functions
