This role supports Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Investor Relations (IR) efforts for a publicly traded company, focusing on executing equity-related capital markets activity, supporting investor engagement, and partnering with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership. Requires experience in investment banking and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support CoreWeave’s equity capital markets activities , including public equity offerings, convertibles, and PIPE transactions
  2. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (banks, legal counsel, auditors) throughout equity capital raises
  3. Support ongoing engagement with sell-side and buy-side analysts, including preparation of key messaging, materials, coordination of meetings, regular direct dialogue, and follow-ups
  4. Own and manage the corporate access calendar, including investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and non-deal roadshows
  5. Play a key role in the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings materials, scripts, Q&A, and coordination across teams
