This role supports HR strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leveraging HR analytics to drive business solutions. It involves partnering with leaders to translate enterprise strategy into workforce and talent solutions, applying OE principles, and managing risk.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partners with HR and business leaders to translate enterprise strategy into organizational, workforce, and talent solutions that drive performance, agility and scalable delivery.
  2. Applies organizational effectiveness principles (e.g. org design, workforce planning, change management) to improve how work is structured, executed, and sustained.
  3. Leverages workforce and HR analytics to inform decision-making, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience across end-to-end talent processes.
  4. Acts as a trusted advisor by maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance, and partnering cross‑functionally to manage risk through complex people decisions

Required

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Industrial Organizational Psychology
  • 2-3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated Organizational Effectiveness experience
