This role is for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on accelerating digital growth through AI-driven analytics and data governance. The responsibilities include managing data foundations, creating dashboards, optimizing content and workflows using AI tools, leading acquisition strategies, and collaborating with global teams. It requires experience in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management, with preferred skills in prompt engineering, SQL, Python/R, and Salesforce ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. designing and managing standardized UTM conventions

Skills

Required

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, or Analytics
  • deep understanding of GA4 or Adobe Analytics
  • passion for using Tableau or CRM tools to find meaningful insights
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing major platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn
  • ability to communicate data-driven insights in a way that inspires and influences others
  • comfortable defining problems in ambiguous situations and moving projects from a simple concept to a global standard

Nice to have

  • Experience with prompt engineering or an interest in AI-driven SEO/GEO strategies
  • Familiarity with SQL for data transformation
  • Familiarity with Python/R for modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud)
