This role is for a Corporate Sales Enablement Lead in Europe, responsible for fostering a culture of learning and growth across European sales teams. The role involves coaching sales leaders on sales strategy, process, and methodology, leading enablement programs to improve sales productivity and ramp time, and using data to optimize programs. It requires experience in SaaS sales or sales leadership, coaching sales leaders, and proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC. The role is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy, process and proven sales methodology
  2. Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and ramp time
  3. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with RVPs, Directors, and frontline leaders; regularly communicate program results, ROI, and recommendations to drive adoption and accountability.
  4. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with RVPs, Directors, and frontline leaders to identify capability gaps and business priorities.
  5. Use data to iterate and optimize programs quarterly.
