Corporate Security Professional - Security Preparedness Manager

This role is responsible for executing complex corporate security activities, including behavioral threat assessments, security preparedness oversight, and management of security technology and applications. It involves designing and delivering training programs, simulation exercises, and red team engagements, as well as conducting security reviews and Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs). The goal is to ensure enterprise-wide readiness and resilience against critical events and to drive continuous improvement in the security posture.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducts elevated security exercises, including red team assessments, to drive a threat vulnerability assessment within the risk framework
  2. Provides oversight of Video Systems Management, ATM security, Physical Identity Access Management and Security Systems Credential Management
  3. Manages Life Safety program implementation across a broad geography
  4. Drive enterprise readiness for critical events through training, exercises, and red team programs(simulated adversary exercises to test defenses and response)
  5. Conduct security reviews of critical facilities and lead Threat Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) across the global footprint
