What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and prioritize investment areas
  2. Develop actionable short- and long-term strategies to address immediate business needs while supporting the organization’s long-term growth and success
  3. Lead high-impact projects, managing cross-functional workstreams end-to-end from developing an approach to delivering recommendations
  4. Build strong relationships across teams to align and execute strategic initiatives effectively, communicate priorities and progress to ensure buy-in, alignment, and a culture of collaboration
  5. Develop materials to support the strategic planning process including presentations for senior leadership, the board of directors and internal stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving measurable results
