Sales Country Manager for Israel, Greece & Cyprus at F5, responsible for leading regional growth, setting go-to-market strategy, managing a team, and building executive relationships. The role involves shaping and executing the region's AI-led go-to-market strategy, positioning F5's AI-powered application delivery and security capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the business for Israel, Greece, and Cyprus: drive country-level growth through new logo acquisition, market development, and partner expansion; deliver revenue targets and maintain clear visibility on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and execution cadence.
  3. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across Israel, Greece, and Cyprus: set priorities, coverage, and key plays; align resources and partners to deliver the plan.
  4. Build and maintain senior executive relationships with key customers; participate directly in strategic opportunities and high-impact deal cycles.
  5. Drive ecosystem execution: establish joint plans, enablement, and co-selling motions with key partners (channel, integrators, strategic technology partners, and cloud platforms). Maintain C-level relationships.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record as a senior sales leader in security, cloud, software, and infrastructure markets, with consistent overachievement against targets.
  • Strong ability to build a high-performance culture: coaching, hiring, talent development, and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success building partner-led growth engines across channel, strategic technology partners, and cloud-platform ecosystems, including joint planning, enablement, and co-selling motions.
  • Executive presence: ability to engage credibly with CXO stakeholders (CIO/CTO/CISO and business leadership) and influence complex buying decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute across multiple commercial models, including SaaS, subscription, and enterprise agreements, balancing customer value, deal structure, and long-term growth.
  • Strong business discipline: forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and operating cadence with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading remote/hybrid teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Senior leadership experience driving growth in Israel; broader regional scope (Greece/Cyprus) is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading and developing large, distributed teams, setting clear direction, operating cadence, and accountability to deliver results.
  • Track record selling complex security and/or application infrastructure solutions into large organizations, navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups and structured procurement cycles.
  • Experience building growth with and through partners (channel, systems integrators, and strategic technology/cloud-platform partners).
  • Proven ability to drive growth through commercial transformation: shifting and scaling the business across SaaS, subscription, and enterprise agreement motions.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
