Country Manager for Korea at UiPath, responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategies, leading the regional sales team to achieve revenue targets, and managing complex multi-million dollar deals with enterprise customers. Requires extensive sales and consulting experience, strong C-suite connections, and fluency in Korean and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as trusted advisor and thought leader in the development of the territory, accounts and deal strategy; lead regional sales team in the execution of the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive opportunities.
  2. Inspire and influence internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, remove obstacles to achieve desired business outcomes
  3. Facilitate alignment and effective UiPath communication with internal and external stakeholders and promptly resolve any challenges.
  4. Cultivate best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvement.
  5. Build complex deal constructs for various YOY license consumption options, do analysis of pros and cons of each option. Directly engage with Business decision makers to lead complex deal negotiations, using value levers build unique differentiators for UiPath.

Skills

Required

  • Solution Selling, Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting & Sales experience with large enterprise customers
