What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing distributors and the direct sales team.
  2. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and strengthens market presence.
  3. Set business direction and leverage local market opportunities.
  4. Establish and execute a clear Long-Range Plan that ensures business continuity while balancing short‑term commitments.
  5. Manage a multi-brand portfolio across both Cataract and Refractive segments.
