Harvey is seeking a UKI Country Manager to lead and scale their Enterprise Sales organization in the UK and Ireland. This role involves leading frontline managers, owning the regional revenue number, building GTM strategy, supporting strategic deals, hiring talent, and establishing operating cadence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise technology sales, proven success in building and scaling sales teams, and a strong understanding of the UKI market, with a deep interest in AI's impact on knowledge work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and their teams across the UKI region
  2. Own the UKI number including pipeline, forecast, and revenue delivery
  3. Build and execute the regional GTM strategy aligned to EMEA priorities
  4. Stay close to the field and support on strategic, complex deals and key customer relationships
  5. Hire and develop exceptional talent at both manager and individual contributor levels
