What you'd actually do

  1. Create a vision for the Chime brand that translates into powerful and authentic storytelling that drives awareness/consideration
  2. Develop and execute a creative vision for what our brand looks and feels like through integrated marketing campaigns, TV, activations, social campaigns, and partnerships across all channels.
  3. Champion bold ideas and creative approaches to telling Chime’s stories and more deeply connecting with Chime’s members
  4. Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with the company's brand values and marketing objectives.
  5. Collaborate with marketing leads to create integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in creative leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership position building brand-level work
  • Deep understanding of advanced AI tools to support the creative process.
  • Proven experience working in a creative agency environment, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing campaigns, including TV spots, digital, and partnership initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a small creative team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners.
