  3. Maintain and evolve Microsoft’s brand voice through updated playbooks, guidelines, and tone-of-voice documentation.
  4. Partner with design and creative stakeholders to bring integrated concepts to life.
  5. Create engaging content to support always-on social presence, user-generated content (UGC), and real time.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years experience in social-first content creation, including concepting, script creation or real-time responses
  • certification, degree, or training in English, Writing, Human-centered Design, Literature, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) project leadership experience

  • 5+ years demonstrated growth in writing or content design AND a certification, degree, or training in English, Writing, Human-centered Design, Literature, or related field OR equivalent experience

  • 2+ years experience in a related content domain/area
