This role focuses on developing and executing creative strategies for clients, leveraging creative AI to influence marketing leadership and shape advertising strategies. It involves consulting with clients, partnering with internal teams, and translating creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes. The role requires experience in creative roles within advertising or digital media, with a preference for expertise in Google/YouTube ad solutions and generative AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver white-glove creative services and drive creative diagnostics assessments and recommendations, demonstrating the impact on marketing outcomes.
  2. Act as a consultant for marketing and creative leaders, effectively presenting and articulating complex creative concepts and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  3. Partner closely with sales, product, global and regional creative works, marketing, and YouTube partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative initiatives.
  4. Translate creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes aligned with customer KPIs and Google’s OKRs.
  5. Monitor and track client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on KPIs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative role within an advertising agency, in-house creative team, digital media company, or a similar environment.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.
  • Experience in Google and YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
  • Expertise in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, advertising technologies, and content formats (e.g., video, interactive experiences, social media, AI-driven creative).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
